How our cabinets are made
We use the latest technology at our state of the art UK based
factory, combined with traditional manufacturing techniques to
produce quality products with a superb finish.
Base Units
1. 8mm MFC back panels containing grooves to all sides, with
18mm thick grooved back rail, vertical installation to provide good
lateral strength.
2. 48mm service void to rear providing easy installation
around pipework and plumbing.
3. 18mm MFC board (British manufactured.)
4. Concealed metal cam and dowel construction - allows
better flexibility for fitter.
5. 3-way adjustable 100 degree hinges, easily clipped
on/off.
6. Centre posts 36w x 60d edged to prevent moisture
ingress and shelving supported with additional centre support.
7. 0.8mm ABS edge to all exposed carcass edges.
8. Adjustable legs and double base units have additional
centre front leg for increased strength and support to plinth.
9. Steel double walled drawers with softclose action.
10. Co-ordinated carcass external colours.
Wall Units
11. Concealed wall hanging brackets, adjustable in 3
directions.
12. 18mm void to rear of wall units.
13. 8mm thick back panels contained in grooves to all 4
sides.
14. Centre posts 36w x 60d to prevent moisture ingress and
shelving supported with additional centre support.
