There's no point having great products at very
competitive prices, if you don't have good staff who will treat
your customers well.
We really believe that we have great staff and our customers
must do too, because we often get feedback from them on how pleased
they are with the service they've had from us.
A lot of our staff have worked with us for many, many
years and Brian Lakin who started the business in 1975, is
still our CEO, very involved in the day to day running. So,
you are not dealing with a faceless corporate organisation and
we definitely don't have any anonymous call centres!
Our business has been built on developing good relationships
with our customers and we take personal care to ensure your
experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Occasionally, things do go wrong but we always do our very best to
put them right. And if things haven't been resolved to your
