Project management for your peace of mind
Once you have confirmed your order with us, we will send
an Installation Manager out to your home to double
check all measurements. When we're sure that they are all
100% accurate, we'll confirm the order with you and start making
your new kitchen.
As the order progresses, you'll be assigned a dedicated Customer
Services Co-ordinator, who will keep you informed throughout
and arrange delivery of your new kitchen at a
time convenient for you.
They will also co-ordinate with the plumbers, electricians
and installers so that everything happens when it should and in the
right order. They'll also ensure your old kitchen is removed
and disposed of ethically.
Experienced fitting teams
You could buy a great kitchen but if it's not fitted well, it
won't look it. Good installation is crucial.
We have teams of experienced fitters who have worked for us for
many years. They understand our kitchens and have the skills to fit
them to your exact requirements, and more importantly, with the
least disruption to you.
Only professionally qualified and insured trades people work for
us, and all the installations that we manage are guaranteed
for 12 months.
All our cabinets (except one very large corner one that won't
fit through a door!) are delivered to you ready assembled
- no flat packs in sight. This saves you time and money on
the installation costs, as the team do not have to worry about
unpacking boxes and putting units together. Also, they don't
have to wait to find out if anything is missing.
Every one of our kitchen units is quality checked before we
release it from our factory.
Cost effective for you
Unlike many other kitchen companies, we don't make a penny from
our installation service. Whilst we do all the co-ordination
and liaison with the fitters for you, you pay them directly.
This means that you get the best value for money which can save you
a considerable amount.
We only use experienced fitters who we have dealt with many
times, have had good customer feedback on and we
also give you our guarantee on their work. So you
get the best service but also at the best price.
